Users may cancel their Forkk subscription at any time. Cancellation requests can be made through the user account settings or by contacting our customer support team at info@forkk.ca. Upon cancellation, users will continue to have access to the service until the end of their current billing cycle.
2. Non-Refundable Set-Up Fees
Please note that all set-up fees associated with the Forkk service are non-refundable. These fees cover the initial configuration and customization of the service to meet your specific needs and are incurred at the start of your subscription.
3. Billing Cycle and Charges
Upon cancellation, no further charges will be applied to your account after the current billing cycle. Users will not receive a refund for any unused portion of their subscription period.
4. Changes to Cancellation Policy
